Farid Fatah is a corporate lawyer and advisors with a decade of experience across public and private companies, startups, scale-ups, investment funds, Venture Capital, Private Equity and Sovereign Funds. As a lawyer, he brings a transatlantic expertise in IPO execution, cross-border M&A, and public company governance. 

Fatah has advised several actors listed on NASDAQ and in other listing places on different acquisitions, disposals and joint-venture projects.  He is the founder and managing partner of FF Advisors, a law firm advising companies, funds and executives on M&A projects and corporate governance matters. He is the managing director of the European M&A of EMMIS Acquisition Corp, a bridge capital fund for financing growth companies listing on Nasdaq and NYSE.  Fatah previously worked with White & Case LLP,  Osler and Torys. He also worked with a leading European family owned investment bank.
